Lush Pancakes without Eggs and Without yeast.

Lush Pancakes without Eggs and Without yeast.

Very fast to cook, and eaten even faster

Ingredients

400g sour cream (I take 15% fat)
One and a half glasses of flour (almost two, I add to the desired thickness) – about 300g (the dough is thick, viscous, does not flow)
4 rounded tablespoons of sugar
8g vanilla sugar (1 sachet)
A pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of baking soda
2h.l vinegar (to quench the soda)
A little vegetable oil – grease the pan. (I only grease the first time. Then I fry in an almost dry frying pan.)

❣️IMPORTANT is the consistency and thickness of the dough (don’t be afraid to make it thicker than it should be!) Preheat the pan! Otherwise, the lush will not come out!

Method

1) We spread the sour cream.
2) Pour all the simple and vanilla sugar into it at once, as well as salt. Stir.
3) Pour tsp baking soda at one point. On top, immediately extinguish with two teaspoons of vinegar. Stir.
4) Pour in flour, stirring gradually, preferably through a sifter. We make sure that the desired density comes out as in the video in the carousel. Otherwise, it will not turn out fluffy! The viscous and viscous dough should come out. Flour by quantity may differ slightly, quite a bit. Because sour cream is different. Some are thicker, some are more watery.
5) Spread it straight with thick balls. You can fry immediately. Only in a pre-heated frying pan.
6) We turn over to the other side as soon as we see that the pancakes have grabbed at the edges. The top will be a little more liquid. Fry quickly!
