Tuna salad over lemony olive oil romaine

INGREDIENTS
portofinotuna yellowfin tuna (1 pouch)
2 spoonfuls of @siggisdairy plain yogurt
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 tbsp ish of lemon juice (to taste)
Handful of each- chopped walnuts, diced celery, diced red onion, sliced cherry tomatoes, sliced kalamata olives, pumpkin seeds

Romaine
Lemon juice
Olive oil
Avocado

DIRECTIONS
Chop your romaine then put it in a big bowl & top with a drizzle of olive oil + lemon juice + sea salt.
For this one, I mixed together the tuna, yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, celery, olives, & salt and pepper first then topped with the nuts, tomatoes, & onion over the greens. But you can mix everything tg first if you want. Doesn’t matter- post pic I mix it all tg anyways??Serve with sliced avocado too!

Lemon Walnut Tuna Salad with Avocado Hard Boiled Egg, Tomato, and Kalamata Olives?

Lemon walnut tuna salad

INGREDIENTS
porto fino tuna yellow fin tuna (1 pouch)
2 spoonfuls of dairy plain yogurt
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 tbsp ish of lemon juice (to taste)
Handful of chopped walnuts
Handful of diced celery
Handful of diced red onion

Butter lettuce
1 hard boiled egg
Avocado
Tomato
Kalamata olives
1/2 lemon

DIRECTIONS
Mix together tuna, yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, walnuts, celery, red onion, & salt and pepper. Put the tuna salad on top of butter lettuce. Serve with avocado, cut up hard boiled egg, tomato, & olives. I added juice from 1/2 a lemon to the olives, tomato, & avo once plated up.

DIRECTIONS

Mix together tuna, yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, walnuts, celery, red onion, & salt and pepper. Add the tuna salad to toasted cheese bread with mashed avocado, cut up hard boiled egg, and butter lettuce

Combine all the * ingredients in a bowl & stir (tbh I never measure these- I just eyeball, taste, add more of whatever as needed). Heat olive oil in the stove & add chicken. Pour the glaze/sauce on top and saute´ chicken until browned.
Saute´ mushrooms & broccoli in toasted sesame oil, minced garlic, & coconut aminos.
Cook quinoa as directed then add a splash of coconut aminos in once done. Top with sesame seeds
