ingredients:
1/2 cup oat flour
1 tsp coconut sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
pinch of sea salt
3/4 cup almond milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp chocolate of choice (i used @hukitchen baking gems- WINNIE15 for 15% off)
**to make, mix all ingredients together and pour into sprayed waffle maker!

ingredients:
1 egg
3/4 cup almond milk
1/4 cup @siggisdairy raspberry plant-based blend
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp coconut sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
pinch of sea salt

directions:
in a medium bowl, whisk together egg, almond milk, raspberry plant-based blend and vanilla. add in flour, sugar, baking powder and sea salt. pour into waffle maker and cook until golden brown! top with your fave toppings!

ingredients:
3/4 cup flour (all-purpose/oat/GF AP all work)
1 scoop @vitalproteins collagen
3/4 cup almond milk
small splash vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp coconut sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Directions: heat up your waffle maker, then mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. spray inside of waffle maker with @fourthandheart ghee oil. pour mixture into waffle maker, turning over as needed to cook evenly. i topped my waffles off w/ blueberries, sliced bananas, kiwi, probiotic chocolate sea salt granola, coconut blend, pumpkin spice peanut butter, coconut chips, bee pollen, and a bit of cinnamon sprinkled on top!

2 cups oat flour (to make oat flour just pop your rolled oats in a blender)
1 cup almond milk
2 eggs
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract

  1. Mix oat flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl
  2. In a separate bowl add the wet ingredients
  3. Add the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and combine
  4. Pour batter (approx 1/3 cup) into waffle iron, bake and enjoy 😊

2 large eggs
5 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt .

Directions

  1. Mix the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl combine the wet ingredients.
  3. Add the wet mixture into the dry mixture and combine.
  4. Pour 1/3 cup of batter into your waffle iron, bake and enjoy! .

Makes 4 large waffles . *Tip! Omit the maple syrup and cinnamon and you have yourself a savoury waffle

TO MAKE LOW CARB CARROT CAKE WAFFLES:
.INGREDIENTS:
2 large eggs
1/4 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon maple extract OR vanilla extract
2 tablespoons granulated monkfruit sweetener , add more if you prefer a sweeter waffle
2 tablespoons coconut flour @bobsredmill
1 cup superfine blanched almond flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 tablespoon finely grated carrots
Coconut oil spray, olive oil spray or ghee .

INSTRUCTIONS:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, apple cider, maple (OR vanilla) extract until smooth.

Add the monkfruit sweetener, almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg & salt. Fold in grated carrots. Mix until smooth and just combined – do NOT overmix.
Allow the batter to thicken up slightly while you turn on the waffle maker.

Preheat waffle maker and spray generously with pure coconut oil spray.
Spoon in 1/4 cup of the batter for each waffle. Close the lid and cook until light & crispy (about 5 mins. per side)
Repeat with remaining batter. This makes about 5 (1/4 cup) waffles.
Serve with your favorite toppings and sides.

2 eggs

2 tsps pumpkin puree (OR sweet potato if not low carb or a pumpkin fan)
2/3 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (or sub with cinnamon if not a pumpkin fan)
1 cup shredded cheese (I used half cheddar/half mozzarella) can also sub with dairy free)
Avocado oil spray or ghee.

INSTRUCTIONS:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, pumpkin puree, almond flour, baking powder & pumpkin spice until smooth.
Stir in the cheese until just combined.
Preheat waffle maker and spray with avo oil spray.
Pour in 1/4 cup batter for DASH mini waffles or half of the batter for Belgian waffle maker. Close the lid and cook until light & crispy.

FOR THE EGG WAFFLES:

Scramble one large egg with Trader Joe’s onion salt + pour into Dash mini waffle maker + close lid & cook until until desired doneness (I flipped the waffle for another round)

INGREDIENTS:
3 eggs (for extra fluffy waffles – separate whites & whip until stiff peaks then fold into batter at the end)
2 tbsp almond butter (or any nut / seed butter)
2 tsps melted coconut oil (or any neutral oil)
3 tbsp monkfruit sweetener OR your favorite granulated sweetener
2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup superfine blanched almond flour
2 tbsp coconut flour
1.5 tsp Gf baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Avocado oil spray .

.INSTRUCTIONS:
In a large bowl, beat eggs (or egg yolks) then whisk in nut butter, oil & sweetener. Pour in milk & vanilla & mix until combined.
Sift in almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder & cinnamon. Stir until batter is well mixed. Allow batter to rest 3-5 minutes.
Preheat waffle iron to high heat. Coat with oil spray.
Use spoon to add 1/2 tbsp dollops of batter spread out on your waffle iron. Close lid & cook until golden & crispy.
Use fork to transfer to plate and repeat until you have enough to fill your bowl. Serve with fruit & toppings of choice🧇
