Honey sesame glazed chicken with broccoli, mushrooms, and quinoa

4 chicken tenders (cut up)
Black & white sesame seeds
1 tbsp coconut aminos*
1 tbsp chosenfoods toasted sesame oil*
1/2 tbsp honey*
1 tsp minced garlic*
spiceislands_ Ground ginger (I just did a couple shakes)*
1 tbsp lime juice*

Paleo Almond Chicken Stir Fry

4 chicken tenders (cut up)
1 red bell pepper (sliced into strips)
1 cup of green beans (cut up)
1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms
1 cup of small broccoli florets
Toasted sesame oil
Minced garlic
Almond butter sauce- 2 tbsp @baseculture almond butter, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1.5 tbsp toasted sesame oil, 1/2 tbsp coconut aminos, juice from 1/2 of a lime
Heat oil & minced garlic in a pan on medium heat then add the veggies. Sauté until tender then transfer to a plate.
Heat more oil on the pan & add chicken (season with s & p before). Cook for 4 min on each side or just until golden brown/cooked through.
While waiting for the chicken to cook, combine almond butter sauce ingredients in a small pot on low heat & stir for a few minutes. Pour sauce on chicken and stir to coat then add in the veggies. Serve with white sesame seeds on top

Teriyaki chicken with a vegetable stir fry

Traderjoes grilled chicken
kinderssauce teriyaki sauce
Red pepper
Bok choy
Green onion
Sesame seeds
Liquid aminos
Olive oil
Sauté chicken with the teriyaki sauce. Steam the veggies then add them to a pan with some olive oil. After 2 min, add in a splash of liquid aminos. Once done, top with green onion (did this after the pic) & sesame seeds.
Ps I’m not sure on amounts. This was just one serving for me so I just used however much of each veggie I was feeling. Wing it!!
